Anna Öst
I am a director, producer, and writer with a focus on immersive storytelling — using narrative, space, and technology to communicate complex ideas in ways that are both engaging and understandable. I work across formats, including text, film, interactive exhibitions, and immersive media — particularly fulldome.
My work sits at the intersection of science, technology, and art, often involving multidisciplinary teams and research-based content. I am especially interested in how immersive formats can bridge disciplines and how thoughtful design and clear communication can make even the most complex subjects accessible to a broader audience.
I am currently based at the Visualization Center in Norrköping, Sweden, where I lead the production team and explore the future of science communication as part of the national Wisdome initiative. I also occasionally take on freelance projects where they align with my interests and expertise.
